OTP verification via your registered mobile number is required for login from unrecognised devices. We never store your UPI PIN or PhonePe credentials — those remain within the respective payment provider's infrastructure.

Active account data is retained for the duration your account remains open. Following account closure, we hold transaction records for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations, then delete them.
