Every new account requires photo ID and proof of address. This one-time check happens before your first withdrawal. We keep identity records encrypted and separate from lobby activity logs.

Withdrawal Verification

No. Each person may hold only one active account on 0lp. Opening duplicate accounts violates our terms and results in permanent suspension. All balances on duplicate accounts are forfeited.

Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. We send a reset link to your registered email. Click the link, create a new password, and return to your account. If you cannot access that email, contact our support team with your username and registered phone number for verification.

Go to Account Settings and select 'Request Account Closure'. Your balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within 24 hours. Once closed, you cannot reopen without written approval from our management team.

Deposit references depend on your payment method and local regulation. UPI, Paytm and PhonePe each have their own transaction caps set by the payment provider. Check your payment method's terms for specifics. 0lp does not impose additional caps beyond the payment network rules.

Using VPNs, bots or scripts to access the platform is prohibited. Detection triggers immediate account suspension. We monitor login patterns and session behaviour continuously. Violations may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.

We retain transaction records for seven years for tax and audit compliance. You can download a statement of your deposits and withdrawals from Account Settings at any time. Older statements are available by request to [email protected].
